How to Make Them

  • White and Black Frosting
  • White and Pink Fondant
  • The end of tip #12 and tip #2D Wilton, tip #3
  • Brown icing gel

First roll out fondant and use the other end of tip #2D as a cookie cutter and cut out two pieces of fondant in white. Next, roll out the pink and use the other end of tip #12 to make a smaller circle. Press the pink on top of the white circle so they are almost flush. Add the finished ears on to the cupcake.

Cut out a small triangle shape from the pink fondant and use as the nose. Use the black frosting with tip #3 to dot the eyes of your mouse. Lastly add the whiskers, these were made out of fondant using a small amount of brown icing gel.

How to Make Them

  • Coconut Pecan Frosting
  • Vanilla Wafers
  • Tootsie Rolls
  • Pink Fondant (for nose)
  • Cinnamon Cheerios

Use the Vanilla wafer and cut off two sides to make it look something like a triangle or a piece of pizza. Use the cinnamon cheerios on either side to make the ears. You can either use the frosting to hold them in place or use a little bit of warm tootsie roll to stick them on.

To make the eyes and whiskers stick a tootsie roll in the microwave for a few seconds just to make it pliable (you don’t want to melt it all the way).

Make the eyes and whiskers and then add them to your cookie. Get a piece of pink fondant (you can also use pink frosting) and press it over the middle of your whiskers to secure them in place.

Lastly, make a mouse tail out of warmed tootsie roll and add to the cupcake!

What You Need

  • Black and Pink Fondant
  • White Frosting
  • Use frosting tip #12 as a cookie cutter for fondant
  • Frosting Tip #3

Use a carving tool or sharp knife to cut out the mouse body and a tail shape from the black fondant. Add the body to the tail by sitting the body over it and press lightly.

Use the bigger end of tip #12 and cut out two ears from the black fondant. Use it again to cut out two ears from the pink fondant. Cut off half of the pink fondant ear using tip #12. Try to make it look like a quarter moon.

Next, press the pink fondant on top of the black to make the ears and place them on the body. Use the white frosting with tip #3 to dot the eyes of the mouse.



Lastly, roll a small amount of pink fondant in a ball to make the nose and add to the mouse to finish.

This was made with a Vanilla wafer, mini chocolate cookies and tootsie rolls for the eyes and the nose.
